Ravi Engineers have adopted stringent measures to check quality at every level of production. Bi hourly checks are conducted after every process and proper data is recorded on regular basis. Based on that data quality control charts e.g. X Bar & Range charts are furnished which clearly depicts whether the particular process is in control or not. It is seen that only slight variation in the process capability CPM is adopted through out the processes.

Even during the working a ‘KAIZEN’ approach is followed to improve the process continuously. A process of visual segregation is adopted very religiously so as to detect all the galvanizing and forging defects on every single Bolt & Nut sample before packing.
